Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed at aneli.eu, operated by SIA Aneli ("ANELI Antwerp", "we", "us").

Shipping destinations

We currently deliver to: Latvia; all European Union and EEA member states; Switzerland; Canada, excluding Québec; and the United Arab Emirates.

We do not currently ship to Québec, Canada, or to the United Kingdom. Orders from other destinations may be considered on request through a personal consultation. We may decline any order, with a full refund, where insured carriage, sanctions screening, export controls or customs requirements cannot be satisfied.

Delivery in Latvia

We offer free, insured delivery within Latvia for all orders. Every shipment is insured in accordance with the terms of the carriage contract and requires a signature on delivery.

Delivery within the European Union

We ship to European Union and EEA countries.  Shipping costs start from €19 and are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery country and the selected shipping method. The final shipping price is always displayed before you confirm your order. All international shipments are insured accordance with the terms of the carriage contract and require a signature on delivery.

Deliveries outside the European Union

Goods sent outside the EU are sold and handed over in Latvia and exported at 0% Latvian VAT. Prices exclude all import duties, taxes, customs clearance and brokerage charges in the destination country.

You act as the importer of record. You are responsible for all import charges and for any local licences or permits required to import jewellery or precious stones into your country. We declare shipments at their full commercial value and cannot mark them otherwise. Where a shipment is refused or not collected, our return transport, storage and customs costs are deducted from any refund.

Delivery times

The delivery period applicable to your order is confirmed in your order confirmation. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery takes place no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded. Pieces made to order (including rings produced in your size) require additional production time, which is communicated on the product page or during order confirmation. Time spent in customs on shipments outside the EU is outside our control. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Packaging

Every piece is shipped in ANELI Antwerp signature packaging — an elegant case with a branded box and pouch — together with a certificate confirming the properties of the stones and the quality of the piece.

Risk

For consumers, the risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or a person nominated by you, take physical possession of the goods.

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
